Description

  • Manage end-to-end invoice processing to ensure accuracy, timely submission, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Coordinate with accounts payable and cross-functional teams to support smooth invoice-to-payment processing and escalate issues when needed.
  • Maintain vendor communication and documentation, including invoice status tracking, PO monitoring, payment exceptions, and basic vendor inquiries.
  • Track financial data and assist in preparing monthly reports for cost allocation and internal review.
  • Support budget tracking and generate monthly spend reports.
  • Gather and provide invoice- or spend-related data for ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Maintain operational trackers, invoice logs, reporting dashboards, and filing repositories to support audit readiness and transparency.
  • Collaborate with local office teams and global stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and fulfillment.
  • Participate in small-scale process improvement initiatives related to invoice management and administrative workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement operations, invoice processing, finance support, or business operations.
  • Familiarity with invoice lifecycle, purchase request (PR) / purchase order (PO) processes, and expense reporting.
  • Experience handling invoices or payments across multiple entities, currencies, or countries is a strong plus.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Understanding of Thai VAT or withholding tax documentation for Visa/Work Permit-related invoices is advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday.
  • Comfortable using shared cloud platforms such as Google Drive and SharePoint for document organization.
  • Strong attention to data accuracy and version control.
