Description

  • Coordinate logistics for internal meetings and corporate events, including catering support and growing ownership of the catering function over time.
  • Support VIP guest visits by arranging meeting room setup, food and beverage sourcing, and visitor badge management.
  • Source venues and liaise with vendors, providing options and supporting data to assist decision-making.
  • Create and design professional PowerPoint presentations and Word documents.
  • Maintain and organize confidential documents and records with discretion.
  • Provide administrative support to EA team members across the function.
  • Prioritize and manage competing tasks under tight deadlines, including urgent ad hoc requests.
  • Identify and propose process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Incorporate feedback and contribute to team collaboration and effectiveness.
  • Stay current with productivity tools and technologies that improve team output.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in administrative support or coordination roles.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient written and spoken English.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with graphic design or video editing tools such as Canva or CapCut is preferred.
  • Global perspective and experience working across diverse cultures is preferred.
