Description

  • Design and deliver inclusion programs for employees and external partners aligned with business strategy, global standards, and industry best practices.
  • Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables to guide program design and track impact.
  • Monitor program progress using quantitative metrics, surveys, and impact assessments, and improve initiatives based on results and stakeholder feedback.
  • Shape and scale employee resource group activity with senior stakeholders to ensure sponsorship, strategic alignment, and participation.
  • Create communications and learning programs that build awareness, change behaviors, and equip employees and partners with practical inclusion skills.
  • Ensure programs and materials meet regional and local compliance requirements.
  • Partner closely with business units and external stakeholders to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
  • Influence senior leaders and build lasting partnerships across the global workforce and partner network.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience designing and delivering inclusion programs or events in corporate or non-profit settings.
  • Experience managing internal and external partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of organizational systems and dynamics with a focus on measurable impact.
  • Proven project management skills, including multi-stakeholder coordination, prioritization, and multitasking to meet deadlines.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage risk and operate in uncertainty.
  • Curiosity and an analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
  • Willingness to travel as required and eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of inclusion concepts and industry best practices in APAC, including cultural nuances, local regulations, and stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in one or more Asian languages.
