Description

  • Lead the design and architecture of customer Agiloft instances for enterprise-level needs.
  • Capture, analyze, and document client requirements.
  • Develop design documents and implementation plans for team execution.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback on deliverables.
  • Manage client interactions and handle escalations with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Deliver documentation and client training to support successful adoption.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to improve the platform.
  • Support and advise system integration partners to improve implementation outcomes.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives that improve implementation processes and client success.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Agiloft products, roadmap, and best practices.
  • Adopt new features, including AI-enabled capabilities, and apply AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 4-8 years of experience as a Solution Architect in Legal Tech/CLM, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Agiloft is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in SaaS technologies and database concepts.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, business requirements, and client expectations in complex projects.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to contribute beyond the role’s core responsibilities.
  • Experience with LegalTech and/or CLM platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or CLM-adjacent tools like Sourcing, Procurement, or CPQ is preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, data wrangling tools like Alteryx, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau are preferred.
  • Knowledge of scripting, coding, or API integration development is preferred.
  • Approximately 10% travel required.
