Description

  • Build and maintain an always-on market intelligence engine using AI across competitors, analysts, buyers, customers, and the broader market.
  • Translate customer, prospect, analyst, partner, and competitive signals into roadmap guidance, positioning, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Partner with Product leadership to prioritize features, cluster pain points, and shape investment decisions based on validated market demand.
  • Define and evolve use case libraries, adoption guidance, and post-launch strategies that drive customer consumption and expansion.
  • Develop and execute win messaging, positioning hierarchies, persona narratives, and external value frameworks that support sales effectiveness.
  • Lead thought leadership, advocacy, analyst relations, public relations, community, customer marketing, and customer advocacy efforts.
  • Build and maintain launch measurement frameworks that assess market awareness, usage, adoption, and revenue impact.
  • Operationalize AI-enabled workflows, repositories, cadences, and feedback loops to scale intelligence consumption and publishing across the business.
  • Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing product marketing team spanning PMM, AR, customer marketing, content strategy, community, and communications.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Partners, Customer Success, and Finance on strategy, pricing, packaging, and enablement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, strategy, or related roles within enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record of influencing product direction and go-to-market success.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn market, customer, and competitive intelligence into positioning and strategy.
  • Experience using data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to inform decisions and scale execution.
  • Strong leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Experience spanning product marketing, analyst relations, and customer advocacy is required.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with the ability to influence executives and external audiences.
  • Experience developing pricing and packaging strategies, battle cards, ROI frameworks, and enablement assets is preferred.
  • Experience working in or with enterprise SaaS, CLM, or AI-related product environments is preferred.
