Description

  • Oversee day-to-day legal operations to support departmental and company objectives.
  • Lead legal operations planning and reporting for key legal performance indicators.
  • Serve as the internal champion and power user for Agiloft’s CLM platform.
  • Track contract status, deadlines, obligations, reviews, and non-standard terms to improve internal processes.
  • Establish intake channels, request triage, prioritization, and approval workflows.
  • Maintain standard agreements, agreement playbooks, and related documentation and training materials.
  • Build onboarding, training, incentives, and recognition programs that support Legal team culture and performance.
  • Partner with the General Counsel to manage budgets and evaluate return on investment for legal technology initiatives.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-enabled legal technologies and workflow automation solutions.
  • Support other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 6 years of direct experience in legal operations or operational leadership roles in high-growth or technology-enabled environments.
  • Demonstrated progression in scope and ownership within legal operations, including building systems and processes from the ground up.
  • Experience developing business cases, managing budgets, and measuring return on investment for operational initiatives and technology deployments.
  • Experience with a B2B company, including SaaS (or XaaS) MSAs, PSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and other commercial agreements.
  • Experience in high-velocity, ambiguous environments requiring structured experimentation and iteration.
  • Experience maintaining or creating a contract repository and tracking contractual obligations.
  • Excellent project, task, and time management skills to manage multiple deals and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting CLM, procurement, legal, or workflow automation platforms is strongly preferred.
