Description

  • Coach and guide Account Executives on treasury-focused demos and financial buyer conversations.
  • Train Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on US banking connectivity concepts and technical objection handling.
  • Develop reusable enablement materials such as demo scripts, workflow guides, bank compatibility matrices, and integration one-pagers.
  • Partner with Account Executives throughout complex mid-market sales cycles, including discovery calls, demos, and evaluations.
  • Customize product demonstrations to match prospects' cash management workflows, ERP environments, and banking setups.
  • Lead technical and treasury conversations with CFOs, Controllers, and Treasurers to uncover pain points and build business cases.
  • Run proof-of-concept evaluations and sandbox environments and manage the technical sales track end-to-end.
  • Respond to RFPs and security or technical questionnaires.
  • Engage with US banks to build and maintain connectivity partnerships and documentation.
  • Work with implementation and customer success teams to configure, troubleshoot, and support banking connectivity during onboarding.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate banking, fintech pre-sales, or financial software implementation.
  • Hands-on corporate treasury experience with cash positioning, bank reconciliation, and reporting; CTP designation preferred.
  • Hands-on knowledge of US banking connectivity standards, including SFTP, Host-to-Host (H2H), SWIFT (MT/MX), and ideally bank APIs.
  • Experience working with a broad range of US banks, including regional and community banks.
  • Strong understanding of corporate treasury workflows, including cash positioning, bank reconciliation, payment processing, and forecasting.
  • Track record of supporting complex B2B SaaS or fintech sales cycles, ideally with mid-market or enterprise companies.
  • Excellent communication skills for both executive and technical audiences.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and building structure in a new or evolving function.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, or SAP.
