Description

  • Lead onboarding and implementation projects for Addepar ADM clients from planning through execution.
  • Manage project delivery, including project management, solution design, and implementation coordination.
  • Work directly with clients to guide them through onboarding alternatives data into the ADM solution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Assess compatibility between the ADM solution and a client's existing Addepar setup.
  • Develop plans to address gaps when the ADM solution does not fit a client's current environment.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects and prioritize work effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and standard methodologies as the platform expands.
  • Communicate with clients in a proactive, consultative, and professional manner.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of professional experience in finance, technology, project management, and/or consulting.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Experience working with alternative investment data.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and passion for problem solving.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to contribute as a proactive teammate.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Relevant experience in a related financial domain.
  • Experience with the Addepar platform is a plus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship and able to begin work on day one.

Benefits

  • $74,000 - $93,000 base salary.
  • Bonus eligibility.
