Description

  • Own growth metrics including D1/D7 retention, D30 subscription rate, engagement, ARPU, and LTV.
  • Identify the highest-impact opportunities across the user lifecycle and prioritize product work accordingly.
  • Design and optimize core product loops that drive repeat usage and habit formation.
  • Improve early user experiences such as first session and first week to increase activation and reduce churn.
  • Own subscription and in-app purchase experiences, including paywalls, pricing, packaging, and offer strategy.
  • Optimize conversion surfaces across onboarding, in-product prompts, and lifecycle moments.
  • Define and execute an A/B testing roadmap across onboarding, engagement, and monetization.
  • Use data, user research, and experimentation to validate hypotheses and improve performance.
  • Identify friction across the funnel and simplify the experience across devices and user types.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, art, UX, data analytics, marketing, finance, and platform teams to deliver initiatives and communicate results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in consumer digital products, mobile or web.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable impact on growth metrics such as retention, engagement, or monetization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions and evaluate experiments.
  • Experience running A/B tests and building experimentation roadmaps.
  • Ability to define product strategy and execute in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred: Experience in subscription-based or free-to-play products focused on conversion and retention.
  • Preferred: Background in mobile games, edtech, or consumer apps with engagement loops and virtual economies.
  • Preferred: Experience optimizing onboarding, activation funnels, or lifecycle journeys.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy for subscriptions and/or IAP.
  • Preferred: Experience working with dual-user systems such as parent/child or buyer/user.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of payment systems, subscription lifecycle management, or account platforms.
  • Preferred: Experience with personalization, recommendation systems, or content discovery.
  • Preferred: MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
