Description

  • Design and optimize top-of-funnel merchant lifecycle processes from marketing touch through discovery handoff, with an emphasis on automation, data quality, and documentation.
  • Define lead routing logic, automation triggers, and lifecycle dependencies for how leads and accounts move through the funnel, partnering with Business Systems on implementation.
  • Own cross-functional initiatives end to end while managing stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops, Analytics, and other teams.
  • Support attribution tracking and funnel conversion analysis for Marketing, Business Development, and early funnel performance to generate actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain workflow automations such as Slack notifications, cross-tool workflows, and process triggers that improve speed-to-lead and reduce manual work.
  • Collaborate with Business Systems to improve Salesforce and adjacent GTM tooling for lead and account management efficiency and funnel-entry data integrity.
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement to train and support revenue teams on top-of-funnel processes and tooling changes.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required.
  • 2+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce; Salesforce administrator experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or HubSpot.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and a solid understanding of business intelligence tools.
  • Experience with lead lifecycle management, lead routing tools such as RingLead or LeanData, data enrichment tools such as Clay or ZoomInfo, or lead scoring and attribution frameworks is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in data analysis, reporting, and funnel performance measurement.
  • Strong organization skills, a growth mentality, and a bias toward documenting and systematizing repeatable processes.

  • Base salary range of $100,000 - $140,000 in CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT, or $88,000 - $128,000 in other U.S. states.
