Description

  • Lead the Learning team and own the strategy, design, and delivery of learning solutions across the organization.
  • Work with People team members, business stakeholders, and leaders to define and drive adoption of learning initiatives and programs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, and subject matter experts to build future learning programming.
  • Create internal communications, engagement plans, and change management content that support the People & Organizational Success strategy.
  • Define, measure, and communicate success metrics that show the impact of learning programs and investments.
  • Develop learning solutions that onboard new hires, build skills, strengthen teams, and support leadership development.
  • Drive consistency, continuous improvement, and sustainable business value through learning initiatives.
  • Manage learning technology platforms in partnership with People Tech teams and vendors.
  • Use data and evidence to inform decisions, influence stakeholders, and improve learning experiences.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience spanning learning and leadership development, team leadership, design thinking, experiential learning, and measurable results.
  • Experience designing and executing a comprehensive learning and development strategy for a growing global workforce of 2,500+ employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven, evidence-based approach to decision-making.
  • Experience with innovative learning modalities such as micro-learning, virtual learning experiences, user journeys, and learning measurement.
  • Experience managing learning technology platforms and partnering with People Tech teams and vendors to improve products and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex information into what matters most.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a strong drive to make programs better over time.
