Description

  • Develop and execute a proactive client management strategy to support merchant growth and retention.
  • Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a broad portfolio.
  • Provide timely support to resolve client needs, inquiries, issues, and requests.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and gather client feedback to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client strategies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Align client goals with internal priorities and deliverables.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market developments to anticipate client needs.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of company products and services to support clients accurately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 3-5 years of account management or client experience is required, preferably in the financial technology industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders are required.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce and Google Suite is required.
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies and e-commerce is preferred.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
