Description

  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for one or more registered representatives.
  • Answer inbound calls and email requests, schedule follow-ups, and gather client data for ongoing service processes.
  • Ensure client-request paperwork and procedures are completed and comply with requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal operations departments to fulfill client requests.
  • Manage client deposits and maintain data integrity across systems.
  • Research and resolve client issues with back-office operations partners.
  • Onboard new clients, process transfer paperwork, and set up new accounts.
  • Coordinate with the brokerage service team, custodians, and Black Diamond.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
  • 2-3 years of job-related experience required.
  • Experience in the financial services industry required.
  • Prior office experience with a customer service focus is helpful.
  • Notary designation is a plus.
  • FINRA Series 7 preferred, but can be obtained within 18 months after start.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining client focus and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills required; experience with Junxure CRM is a plus.
  • Strong desire for continuous self-learning and professional growth.
