Description

  • Sell complex sponsorship assets including media, experiential, and VIP hospitality packages for assigned properties and locations.
  • Identify and cultivate brands and marketing executives within targeted accounts who influence event marketing and media decisions.
  • Develop client presentations and creative pitch concepts, including coordination of resources and occasional sales-material budget management.
  • Address client concerns, questions, objections, and deal discrepancies to close sponsorship agreements.
  • Work with the legal team to draft deal terms and negotiate sponsorship assets and renewal points.
  • Track progress toward revenue goals and keep sales leadership informed on prospect and closing activity using the CRM system.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to set expectations and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Build and maintain new business relationships and support long-term partnership development across AEG business units.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a related field.
  • 6-8 years of related work experience.
  • Expertise in identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and negotiating creative solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate efforts across multiple AEG business units to achieve company goals.
  • Ability to manage a sales team with leadership support and motivate employees to meet sales goals.
  • Professional poise when interacting with internal and external contacts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and ability to learn required business systems.
  • Strong sales acumen and knowledge of the music space.
  • Proven track record building successful partnerships and securing investments with FORTUNE 500 organizations.
  • Established reputation and history of success with major brands or agencies.
  • No work visa sponsorship is offered for this position.
