Description

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan with annual sales targets and activity goals.
  • Deliver customized presentations, seminars, online presentations, and in-person meetings to brokers and prospective clients.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Ameriflex products, services, and sales strategies to communicate value effectively.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities by building relationships with brokers and prospective clients.
  • Monitor sales performance against revenue and product targets and adjust activity as needed.
  • Document sales activities and client interactions accurately in Salesforce.
  • Manage existing broker relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for brokers and clients.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings with sales leadership to review progress and regional strategies.
  • Attend regional conferences, industry events, and marketing meetings to stay connected to market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide feedback to sales leadership to improve strategy and processes.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the state of Texas.
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in employee benefits, insurance, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success managing a sales territory and achieving sales goals.
  • Strong experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client and broker relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Comfort with virtual meeting and communication tools such as Zoom and Teams.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Google Workspace for documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 50% of the time with occasional overnight trips.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
