Description

  • Serve as the primary contact for current, potential, and former clients, responding to questions and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Own client issues from start to finish and ensure resolutions meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Build, maintain, and foster positive relationships with Plan Administrators, Brokers, and other stakeholders to support retention and growth.
  • Educate clients on systems, tools, policies, products, and services so they can use offerings effectively.
  • Maintain organized and accurate client account records, including interaction notes, service issues, and resolutions.
  • Handle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to execute business plans and strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Use company resources and tools to improve efficiency and deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Client Experience Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • 3+ years of account management experience is preferred, with a focus on client relationship management and service delivery.
  • Experience in benefits administration is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and high call and email volumes.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under stress.
  • Competence in navigating multiple web-based programs and using technology to address client needs efficiently.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools are preferred.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and other compliance requirements for handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to travel as needed, ideally once per year.
  • Availability to work 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. within your time zone.
