Description

  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls to members to schedule no-cost in-home health assessment appointments.
  • Learn about customer needs, complaints, and service issues, and provide clear solutions or rebuttals.
  • Use active listening to confirm information, de-escalate difficult calls, and support callers professionally.
  • Build trust-based relationships with customers and fellow call center team members.
  • Use software, databases, scripts, and other tools to support call handling and data entry.
  • Work toward call center metrics while delivering consistent customer service.
  • Make product or service recommendations that better fit client needs when appropriate.
  • Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and role.
  • Join on-camera meetings when needed and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by the Call Center Supervisor.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience in outbound sales is a plus.
  • Outgoing, pleasing phone presence with clear diction and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Strong time management skills and a go-getter mindset.
  • Experience with customer service or other directly related work is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
  • Proficiency with software and data entry, including MS Office.
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM required; 60 WPM preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with correct spelling.
  • Excellent attendance and work history, with recognition or promotion a plus.
  • Ability to follow scripts, protocols, and guidelines, and to demonstrate customer empathy and diplomacy.
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Flexibility to work between 6 am PST and 6 pm PST Monday through Friday, with possible Saturday hours.
  • Must be eligible to work and perform job duties within the United States.
  • Must have a Windows-based laptop or desktop with video-calling capabilities.
