Description

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective and existing clients in retail, hospitality, entertainment, and e-commerce.
  • Own the development of custom demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical narratives for GCP-focused sales pitches.
  • Partner with Solutions Architecture and sales leadership to create RFP responses, SOW scoping, and executive presentations.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor in client-facing engagements, building credibility with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Work hands-on in GCP environments including BigQuery, Vertex AI, Looker, and related data and AI tools.
  • Develop reusable demo assets and solution frameworks for use across the sales organization.
  • Apply data science fundamentals to design client-specific use cases spanning machine learning, marketing analytics, and AI activation.
  • Stay current on Google Cloud roadmap updates, GMP integrations, and emerging AI capabilities.
  • Bridge Solutions Architecture and Technical Services to ensure pre-sales commitments are feasible for delivery.
  • Support internal knowledge sharing through documentation, demos, peer enablement, and Google partnership initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales engineering, solutions architecture, or data science, ideally in consulting, agency, or technology partner environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Storage, and related services.
  • Background in data science with working knowledge of ML modeling, statistical analysis, and AI-driven use cases such as MMM, propensity modeling, and LTV prediction.
  • Proven ability to build and deliver technical demos and executive-level presentations for enterprise clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with strong organizational and project management instincts.
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform tools such as GA4, DV360, Campaign Manager, or related ad tech.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Mix Modeling, including Meridian or similar tools, and marketing analytics frameworks.
  • Google Cloud Professional certifications such as Professional Data Engineer or Professional ML Engineer are preferred.
  • Prior pre-sales or technical sales experience working with sales teams on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Experience working with or within a Google Partner organization is preferred.

  • Base salary of $135,000 to $155,000 per year.
