Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers through coaching, guidance, and career development support.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance PMO culture aligned with company standards and project management best practices.
  • Own the full project lifecycle for client-facing engagements from kickoff through closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Maintain clear visibility into project status, decisions, open items, and scope boundaries for clients and internal teams.
  • Serve as a key escalation point for PMO team members, clients, and company stakeholders.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define, establish, and track metrics for project success and client operational efficiency.
  • Optimize project management technology by designing and implementing workflows, automation, and reporting structures.
  • Lead high-profile projects and new initiatives that advance the company’s strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and clients by communicating project health and risks regularly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement best practices for project delivery methodologies and surface critical risks before they escalate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing direct reports in a professional services environment.
  • 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional projects, preferably in a client-facing professional services setting.
  • Active Project Management certification such as PMP or Agile certification, or equivalent preferred.
  • Background in business analysis or process development.
  • Experience with organizational change management methodologies such as Prosci.
  • Deep proficiency with PM tools such as Asana and Jira.
  • Experience with resource management tools preferred.
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform is highly preferred, and experience with Adobe marketing tools is a significant plus.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, with the ability to remain poised in high-pressure situations.

  • Base salary of $120,000 to $135,000 per year.
  • Semi-annual individual bonus based on performance, with additional bonus potential.
