Description

  • Own the growth strategy for each practice in partnership with the Head of Marketing.
  • Co-develop onboarding plans for new practices and ongoing roadmaps for existing accounts.
  • Define channel mix, budget allocation, growth targets, and execution sequencing across PPC, SEO, and email.
  • Build channel playbooks, set KPIs, and hold the team accountable to performance goals.
  • Manage senior-level client relationships, including strategic reviews, results presentations, and escalations.
  • Lead and coach a team of managers, strategists, and specialists across three marketing channels.
  • Run reviews, raise standards for work quality, and advocate for hiring as the business scales.
  • Define account-level and agency-level success metrics and own performance storytelling behind the numbers.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
  • Experience in both agency and in-house environments is preferred.
  • Healthcare or aesthetic-adjacent industry experience is a plus.
  • Direct, hands-on expertise across PPC, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4.
  • Experience configuring conversions, debugging attribution, and making data-backed bid strategy decisions.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team.
  • Ability to coach and develop people while providing clear feedback and protecting the team from churn.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, including a Head of Marketing and surgeons.
  • Must be located in the Chicago Metro area.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-adjacent advertising constraints and the editorial sensitivity of aesthetic and surgical content is a plus.
  • Experience working with global teams and clients is a plus.
  • Experience supporting automation builds to create products for teams is a plus.
  • Current and valid authorization to work in the country where applying is required; visa sponsorship is not offered.
