Description

  • Own the full product arc for a product area, from understanding the customer and domain to defining what to build.
  • Develop deep expertise in the customer, workflows, and problems worth solving.
  • Define, prioritize, and execute a product roadmap aligned with Adoreal’s mission.
  • Build working software against the code base using AI development tools alongside engineering.
  • Investigate feasibility, understand existing platform capabilities, and surface complexity early.
  • Partner closely with design from the start as part of a collaborative product-design process.
  • Create clear product requirements and documentation that provide context for AI-assisted development.
  • Generate user stories and engineering-ready tickets from research and hands-on work.
  • Collaborate with engineering during refinement to improve and extend proposed solutions.
  • Use platform data, analytics, KPIs, and experimentation to identify friction and guide decisions.
  • Decide when to build versus integrate, balancing speed, complexity, and maintainability.
  • Set and raise product quality standards and help establish best practices as the team evolves.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of software product management experience, ideally in complex, high-trust, or regulated environments such as healthcare or fintech.
  • Deep domain expertise in a prior industry, with strong understanding of users, workflows, and business context.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate intricate workflows and systems into product and technical requirements.
  • Technical fluency, including comfort reading code, reasoning about systems, and using tools like a code editor and terminal.
  • Hands-on experience with AI development tools, or a strong demonstrated ability to become expert with them quickly.
  • A builder’s mindset with a preference for showing working software over describing concepts.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex requirements across design, engineering, and the broader business.
  • Experience building infrastructure and integrations related to financial or payment processing systems.
  • An analytical, data-driven approach with comfort using analytics, experimentation, and KPIs to guide decisions.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and adapting to rapid change.
  • Preferred: experience with operational or back-office systems where data integrity, automation, and connected systems matter.
  • Preferred: experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
  • Preferred: background in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or another vertical SaaS environment.
  • Preferred: experience implementing ERP or Business Central.
