Description

  • Respond to patient and client inquiries in real time via the online chat platform.
  • Provide accurate information on medical services, appointments, billing, and general support.
  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
  • Log and document all chat interactions in the company’s support and CRM systems.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team or department.
  • Deliver a warm, helpful, and professional experience in every interaction.
  • Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality policies.
  • Work scheduled shifts that may include evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills and a quick response style.
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent chat conversations with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with or ability to use support and CRM systems to log interactions.
  • Commitment to adhere to HIPAA and patient confidentiality policies.
  • Availability to work fully remote and to accept full-time or part-time schedules.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
