Description

  • Onboard new enterprise clients and support expansion within enterprise accounts.
  • Ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience throughout the customer journey.
  • Act as a trusted day-to-day contact for client questions, feedback, and product support.
  • Guide adoption and help enterprise partners deliver value to their end clients.
  • Use data and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and account growth strategies.
  • Join client conversations to reinforce value, align on priorities, and drive progress on key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to influence roadmap decisions and surface client insights.
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools and scalable enterprise account management processes.
  • Travel up to 70% for client visits and events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management, customer success, consulting, or business operations.
  • Track record of using data and strategic thinking to drive results in client-facing roles.
  • Ability to work independently, build from scratch, and execute effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, client-obsessed, and comfortable getting into the weeds to solve problems.
  • Ability to understand each client’s unique goals and adapt the approach accordingly.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, operations, CRM, or similar teams (preferred).
  • Ability to work EST or CST hours is preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% for client visits and events.
