Description

  • Source, develop, and close enterprise sales opportunities across financial institutions, including wealth firms, banks, payroll providers, and benefits brokers.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline by identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and advancing deals through complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Represent Addition Wealth at conferences, industry events, and in meetings with senior stakeholders to generate opportunities and strengthen relationships.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes to build long-term partnership value.
  • Partner with leadership to refine messaging, identify market opportunities, and support go-to-market efforts across priority segments.
  • Track buyer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends to inform outreach and sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to create a strong prospect experience and maintain alignment throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and supporting sales decks and presentations for internal and external use.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in fintech or financial services.
  • Proven track record of selling complex solutions to large enterprise clients in the financial institution or benefits ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles while maintaining consistent top-of-funnel activity and pipeline growth.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services landscape, including market dynamics, buyer needs, and competitive pressures.
  • Established network of industry relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for conferences, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Experience building relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders across large organizations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Strong operational discipline with CRM management, pipeline reporting, and independent creation of high-quality decks and presentations.
