Description

  • Build and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies across digital, paid media, email, and web to drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth in the Single Family Office segment.
  • Own the SFO performance marketing motion and manage targeted acquisition campaigns tailored to ultra-high-net-worth audiences.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Content teams to align messaging and content strategy.
  • Use marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Coordinate high-touch marketing initiatives such as digital activations, content distribution, and boutique events or roundtables.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on family office market trends, integration requirements, and persona challenges.
  • Collaborate with sales stakeholders to balance pipeline priorities and business results.
  • Manage multiple growth marketing initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in financial technology, wealth management, or software.
  • Proven experience leading performance marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a strategic and data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on the first day of employment.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $94,000 - $148,000.
