Description

  • Lead consultative sales cycles with wealth managers, multi-family offices, and family offices.
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies for the wealth management and family office sector.
  • Own and drive the sector strategy to support Addepar’s growth in EMEA and beyond.
  • Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Pre-sales, Partnerships, Services, Client Experience & Success, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and R&D.
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting accurately and on time to support cross-functional alignment.
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders at enterprise client organizations and within Addepar.
  • Develop client relationships and executive-level engagement to support long-term client success.
  • Lead efforts that result in quota achievement and multi-year client contracts.
  • Partner with clients and internal colleagues to deliver a world-class experience across the full client journey from pre-sale to post-sale.
  • Share best practices and help improve Addepar’s go-to-market model based on prior sales experience.

Requirements

  • Must have and maintain the right to work in the United Kingdom from day one; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Proven success leading sales cycles.
  • Experience selling to wealth managers, family offices, and multi-family offices.
  • Experience managing complex deals across all levels of a client’s organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and executive engagement skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in sales or equivalent expertise in a similar environment.
  • Genuine passion and consistent track record for delivering exceptional client outcomes.
