Description

  • Identify, negotiate, and close new business and expansion opportunities across MedTech enterprises.
  • Run the enterprise sales process, including discovery calls, customized demos, value engineering, ROI conversations, and consultative presentations.
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and IT.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and executive decision-makers in the Medical Device industry.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to support sales goals and share product feedback.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets and new logo growth goals.
  • Represent the company at quarterly business reviews, industry events, and onsite customer meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling Enterprise SaaS or Medical Device products.
  • Experience traveling approximately 50% of the time for customer meetings, business reviews, and industry events.
  • Proactive, persistent, self-motivated, and resilient approach to work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and understanding of a successful sales process.
  • Ability to navigate large, complex enterprises and engage key decision makers.
  • Ability to connect with Medical Device executive teams and commercial leaders.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales and related account targets.
  • Experience selling to the Medical Device or Life Sciences industries is preferred.
  • A network of Medical Device executive and commercial contacts is preferred.
  • Must have an eligible work permit in the USA.

  • OTE salary range of $240,000 to $300,000.
