Description

  • Manage a large book of business across multiple account specialties and product configurations/use cases.
  • Drive user adoption through executive sponsorship, change management, and best-practice guidance.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews with client executives to communicate value and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Generate contract renewals by positioning AcuityMD as critical to customers’ long-term sales process.
  • Identify and share customer success stories and examples of AcuityMD ROI.
  • Partner with Account Executives to build growth strategies and support renewals and expansions.
  • Monitor account health and adoption to identify opportunities for greater customer value.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate account risk and keep customers committed to AcuityMD.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in Customer Success for Enterprise SaaS and/or the Medical Technology industry.
  • Ability to build close personal relationships with customers and colleagues through empathy and curiosity.
  • Eagerness to learn and dig into technical aspects of the platform.
  • Patient and active listening skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and resilient with strong energy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including email and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
  • Comfort with change in tooling and processes.
  • Analytical background with experience using data platforms such as Amplitude, Looker, or Omni (preferred).
  • Experience using a customer success platform such as Gainsight, Planhat, or Vitaly, including backend administrative configuration work (preferred).
  • Eligible work permit in the USA required.

  • OTE salary range of $120,000-$160,000.
