Description

  • Serve as first-line Salesforce support for Sales, SDR, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships, troubleshooting access, visibility, errors, and workflow behavior.
  • Manage user onboarding/offboarding, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy updates, and support updates to fields, page layouts, record types, and picklists.
  • Monitor and improve data quality across Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Activities and related objects, including duplicate management, normalization, and cleanup.
  • Support data imports/exports and enrichment processes and maintain alignment between Salesforce and connected systems.
  • Build and maintain simple Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and automation under guidance, and QA/test changes in sandboxes before production deployment.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for Sales leadership and RevOps and investigate/report data or reporting inconsistencies.
  • Support operational workflows across the GTM tech stack (including Outreach, 6sense, Ortto, Proposify), ensure correct data flows between systems, and flag integration issues.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce documentation, process guides, and training materials; support onboarding and training for new Sales team members and promote CRM best practices.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to translate operational needs into scalable processes and system improvements.
  • Proactively identify and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures, and build strong working relationships through clear, proactive communication.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including familiarity with the Salesforce object model and troubleshooting permissions, visibility, and workflow issues.
  • Experience building reports in Salesforce and Excel.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes (lead → opportunity → close → onboarding).
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational requests in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset, comfort with ambiguity, high degree of ownership, and strong follow-through.
  • Eagerness to learn Salesforce and Revenue Operations best practices.
  • Preferred: Project management experience.
  • Preferred: Experience or exposure to Outreach, 6sense, Ortto, Proposify, or similar platforms; experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, Business Operations, or Customer Operations.
