Description

  • Source and build relationships with buyers on a consistent basis.
  • Market available properties using online and offline marketing strategies.
  • Schedule and conduct property showings.
  • Generate and close assigned leads and contracts in a timely manner.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects and serve as the main contact for buyers.
  • Communicate with real estate agents, attorneys, and other relevant third parties as needed.
  • Receive and review buyer and investor purchase contracts.
  • Negotiate property sales, handle price objections, and close deals.
  • Network with new buyer contacts to expand the company’s buyers list.
  • Use the CRM daily to update records and stay on task until deals are closed.
  • Help develop and implement improvement strategies to maximize revenue.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with a proven track record as a top performer in B2C sales, door-to-door sales, high-ticket sales, negotiations, conflict resolution, or a related field.
  • Real estate experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent written, grammar, and verbal communication skills over the phone, in person, and via email.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to adapt to different personality types.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Reliable and dependable, with consistent follow-through and punctuality.
  • Growth- and self-development-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle/transportation for travel as needed.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Must complete Predictive Index behavioral and cognitive assessments, with Captain/Maverick/Persuader profiles preferred and a cognitive score of 250 out of 450 or higher.
  • Clean background check required.
  • Spanish bilingual candidates and former First Responders, Military NCOs, College Athletes, and Bartenders are preferred.

  • Full-time W-2 employment, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with evenings and weekends as needed.
