Description

  • Drive customer retention and identify upsell opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Own account planning strategies that improve performance and customer experience.
  • Lead onsite customer visits and Quarterly Business Reviews, including risk and opportunity identification.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Exceed quarterly renewal and net renewal targets.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve customer escalations and operational issues.
  • Coordinate with business users and procurement to ensure renewals are completed on time.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
  • Work proactively across Sales, Technical Support, Operations, and Finance to support account health.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in account management providing technology solutions to large enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of sustaining and growing complex relationships, including closing renewals and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Experience managing a high volume of accounts.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and administrative tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience owning and exceeding a quota.
  • Strong forecasting and analytical skills.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence decisions internally and externally at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate a strong value proposition.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, high accountability, and the ability to self-prioritize work.
  • Strong teamwork, cross-group collaboration, and proactive account management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
