Description

  • Perform manual testing and support QA workflows for U.S.-based client projects.
  • Create and execute test cases and validate results against requirements.
  • Track, document, and help manage defects during the testing process.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to QA automation tools and framework basics.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum-based project environments and real-time testing scenarios.
  • Work with SQL validation, API testing, and Selenium with Java as part of training and project work.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, mentors, and project teams during onboarding and client submission preparation.
  • Complete resume alignment, mock interviews, and employer-focused QA workflow training before placement.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred but not mandatory.
  • Recent graduates, career changers, and candidates returning to IT are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of software testing concepts and methodologies; training will be provided.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and basic computer applications.
  • Exposure to any programming language or test automation tools is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Effective communication skills for remote teamwork.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote working.
  • Availability to participate in training sessions and full-time work afterward.
