Description

  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle from drafting and review through approvals, execution, and post-signature management.
  • Draft, review, and redline commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, and amendments using established templates and playbooks.
  • Negotiate commercial terms within defined approval frameworks and escalate non-standard or higher-risk items when needed.
  • Identify legal, financial, and operational risks early and propose practical, business-oriented solutions.
  • Ensure contracts align with internal policies, approval matrices, and risk guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate contract records in CLM tools with strong version control, data integrity, and audit readiness.
  • Track obligations, milestones, renewals, and expirations to support proactive contract management.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to support efficient and timely deal execution.
  • Contribute recommendations to improve templates, workflows, and contracting documentation.
  • Operate independently within the scope of the engagement while exercising sound judgment on complex issues.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in contract management, commercial operations, or legal-adjacent roles.
  • Experience working as an independent contractor with a clearly defined scope and deliverables.
  • Ability to manage contracts autonomously and know when to escalate complex issues.
  • Strong drafting, review, and negotiation skills for customer-facing commercial agreements.
  • Hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
  • Clear and confident English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to ramp quickly in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and explain contractual concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Preferred experience in a professional services, SaaS, or global commercial environment.
  • Preferred experience supporting contracts across multiple jurisdictions or international customers.
