Description

  • Own the planning, implementation, and service level performance of the APAC lifecycle contracts management team.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for contract management topics.
  • Lead recruitment, training, mentoring, supervision, and development of the regional team.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and performance development support to direct reports.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to improve integrations, workflows, and SOPs.
  • Optimize contracts management processes, workflows, and tools to improve quality, efficiency, and scale.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation across the team’s operating model.
  • Champion Remote’s values and the Lifecycle team’s goals internally and externally.
  • Safely manage employee data and confidential information in line with established protocols.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR Operations across multiple APAC countries.
  • Deep knowledge of contract management and local labor law/compliance.
  • Experience scaling or managing HR operations across diverse APAC markets.
  • Hands-on people management experience with a coaching mindset.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using a variety of digital tools.
  • Experience working in a service-level environment focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Startup and/or remote working experience is a plus.
  • Experience working remotely is preferred.
  • Ability to handle employee data and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
