Description

  • Serve as Scrum Master for cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Drive execution of Agile projects to support on-time delivery aligned with JARVIS SOW requirements.
  • Collaborate with the customer, product owners, and stakeholders to prioritize and manage backlogs.
  • Monitor project progress, remove impediments, and address risks and challenges proactively.
  • Promote Agile best practices, principles, and values across the organization.
  • Improve team performance and delivery velocity through process improvements.
  • Coach and mentor team members to strengthen Agile maturity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Agile project progress and status updates.
  • Support Agile development in multi-cloud and DevSecOps environments and coordinate work on CI/CD pipelines, cloud solutions, and security processes.
  • Track and report KPIs such as sprint velocity, delivery timelines, and quality metrics.
  • Ensure work aligns with security, compliance, and accreditation requirements and support related deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, including at least 5 years as a dedicated Scrum Master.
  • Experience managing Agile teams in cloud-native and DevSecOps environments.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex IT projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Technical foundation as a former developer, cloud engineer, or systems administrator is preferred.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or similar Agile certification is preferred.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Chef, SonarQube, and Nexus is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile metrics and performance measurement is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a product-focused mindset are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills are preferred.
  • Ability to work across cross-functional engineering, security, and product teams is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment is preferred.
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required.
