Description

  • Facilitate Scrum, Kanban, and other working sessions such as sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and dependency reviews.
  • Remove blockers, escalate impediments, and keep infrastructure work moving toward the best business outcome.
  • Plan, sequence, and help deliver committed work while balancing operational demand and unplanned work.
  • Manage delivery visibility through milestones, risks, dependencies, critical path tracking, and stakeholder updates.
  • Improve team flow and continuous improvement practices using Jira, Confluence, Airtable, and related tools.
  • Support backlog hygiene, intake routines, working agreements, and lightweight metrics.
  • Translate complex technical delivery status into clear written and verbal updates for technical and business audiences.
  • Coordinate implementation readiness, operational handoffs, deployment support, and change management activities.
  • Build trust and collaboration across engineers, managers, product owners, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in agile delivery, Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar IT/enterprise technology roles.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure, platform, operations, cloud, networking, security, endpoint, service management, or enterprise technology teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, agile planning, backlog management, dependency management, retrospectives, team metrics, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with intake, prioritization, work sequencing, risk management, capacity conversations, unplanned work visibility, and delivery health reporting.
  • Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and project or portfolio management tools; improving boards, workflows, reporting, and intake is strongly preferred.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to guide conversations, surface risks, resolve ambiguity, and align stakeholders on next steps.
  • Excellent communication skills, including executive summaries, schedules, RAID logs, decision records, and delivery documentation.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and operational support is ongoing.
  • Experience with change management, implementation readiness, deployment coordination, and stakeholder communications in complex technical environments.
  • CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, PMP, or similar certification is a plus.
