Description

  • Build and optimize publisher and partner relationships to improve client performance and retention.
  • Research, recruit, activate, and manage high-potential partners based on client needs.
  • Analyze performance data and reporting to explain results, implications, and recommended actions.
  • Develop and own end-to-end partner recruitment and paid placement strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs.
  • Manage partner budgets and optimize opportunities for healthy return on investment.
  • Identify, pitch, and secure approval for innovative partnership opportunities using data and ROI projections.
  • Maintain day-to-day communication with key partners and build long-term relationships.
  • Adapt strategies, manage expectations, and constructively challenge client goals when necessary.
  • Participate in client meetings and serve as a subject matter expert on partnership models and client verticals.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of partnership or channel marketing experience, with an affiliate marketing background required.
  • Experience with content partnerships, AEO, or retail media is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-generate new business and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and pitching skills.
  • Knowledge of affiliate networks including Impact, Partnerize, CJ, and Awin.
  • Fluent Portuguese; Spanish fluency is also considered.
  • Must reside in Mexico City, Mexico, and hold a valid passport with international travel availability.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
