Description

  • Source, vet, and recruit influencers; build casting lists; negotiate and onboard approved partners.
  • Manage influencer communications, creator resources, content timelines, and ongoing partnership coordination.
  • Review content drafts and audit program content for FTC compliance and brand guideline alignment.
  • Track campaign deliverables, placements, pacing, and KPI performance accurately and consistently.
  • Analyze campaign results using social analytics and conversion metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations, campaign summaries, hindsight reports, and strategy plans to clients and internal teams.
  • Deliver strong client service, escalate key issues, and maintain high-quality client communications.
  • Own multiple client tasks and campaigns with minimal supervision while prioritizing deadlines and objectives.
  • Troubleshoot campaign and creator issues, and help improve processes and program efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years working at an influencer marketing agency with experience executing campaigns and managing client and influencer relationships.
  • Experience developing and managing KPI-driven influencer campaigns for consumer products and/or services brands.
  • Solid understanding of omnichannel and digital marketing.
  • Working knowledge of attribution in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of how influencer and affiliate marketing work together.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formatting, formulas, and report customization.
  • Experience with creator tools such as CreatorIQ, Grin, or Izea preferred.
  • Knowledge of affiliate networks or SaaS platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, or Commission Junction preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
