Description

  • Own product definition for focused detection areas and plan a medium-term, two-quarter roadmap.
  • Synthesize customer feedback and internal inputs into prioritized product hypotheses and work.
  • Partner with customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, and Data Science from concept through launch.
  • Improve threat categorization, campaign grouping, and consistency across customer-facing security surfaces.
  • Support red teaming and validation efforts to strengthen confidence in detection quality.
  • Define, track, and analyze product KPIs to drive continuous improvement and measurable impact.
  • Work with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to support launches and close feedback loops.
  • Use AI-native tools and modern workflows to accelerate research, documentation, prototyping, and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in a technical role such as software engineering, data/analytics, security operations, technical program management, or solutions engineering.
  • Proven ability to work on technical products and collaborate closely with engineering teams.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, define requirements, and drive execution across cross-functional partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use qualitative and quantitative inputs to make decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and operational rigor in planning, documentation, and execution.
  • Growth mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS or B2B environments, especially in security, infrastructure, or platform products, is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to cybersecurity, detection systems, fraud, trust and safety, or other adversarial domains is preferred.
  • Familiarity with classification systems, experimentation, model validation, explainability-oriented workflows, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, analytics platforms, Gong, Salesforce, or modern AI/UX prototyping tools is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $133,900 to $192,500 USD.
