Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through contract signing and customer expansion.
  • Sell Abnormal security solutions to a defined Mid-Market territory and work to exceed new annual recurring revenue quota.
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities to build sufficient pipeline and hit sales targets.
  • Manage Mid-Market accounts with fewer than 3,000 mailboxes from first conversation through close and upsell.
  • Partner with Customer Success to support timely renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Act as the customer and prospect voice internally with Sales Engineering/POV, Product, and Marketing to help prioritize deals and drive revenue.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions.
  • 4 years of experience in an individual contributor role.
  • Experience with disciplined pipeline generation across prospecting, marketing, referrals, and partners.
  • Strong ability to qualify needs and present ROI-driven value to stakeholders.
  • Ability to execute a repeatable sales process with strong focus and time management.
  • Experience navigating internal and customer buying processes effectively.
  • Ability to gather and apply customer insights to improve execution.
  • Comfort working in early-stage, resource-constrained environments.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
  • MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or Command of the Sale methodology training is preferred.
