Description

  • Own the relationship and all transactions across approximately 20 major accounts in the UK territory.
  • Drive new annual recurring revenue by selling security solutions to Fortune 500 and Global 500 accounts.
  • Prospect and develop early pipeline through cold outreach and enterprise account prospecting.
  • Manage opportunities from initial conversation through contract signature and post-sale upsell activity.
  • Work with Customer Success to support timely renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity data across Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan.
  • Serve as the customer and prospect voice for internal teams including Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as SDRs, BDRs, channel, SEs, marketing, product, and CS to support deal progression and customer success.
  • Build business cases and quantify ROI for different stakeholders.
  • Document customer insights and deal learnings to support broader team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct enterprise account hunting experience driving new logo acquisition within Fortune 500 and Global 500 organizations.
  • Experience with cold prospecting, multi-threading, and closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Proven track record of closing new major account logos and expanding existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell.
  • Consistent over-quota performance or top 5% performance in a sales organization.
  • Experience negotiating with large organizations and closing complex sales.
  • Technically competent and conversant in security, email, cloud, and AI.
  • Experience selling subscription software or SaaS to CISOs and security personnel.
  • Startup or early-stage company experience, ideally in an underdog or new-entrant environment with limited resources.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be local to the UK area.
