Description

  • Sell Abnormal Security solutions within a defined UK territory to exceed new annual recurring revenue quota.
  • Prospect into enterprise accounts and build early-stage pipeline across multiple demand-generation channels.
  • Work enterprise accounts from initial conversations through contract signing and customer expansion.
  • Partner with Customer Success to support timely renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent data across Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan.
  • Serve as the customer/prospect voice to Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing to help prioritize revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and present business cases that demonstrate ROI to multiple stakeholders.
  • Guide internal stakeholders through customer buying processes.
  • Document and organize customer insights, lessons, and account information.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct enterprise sales experience prospecting, closing new logos, and growing major accounts.
  • Experience negotiating with large organizations and closing complex sales.
  • Track record of consistent over-quota performance or top 5% performance in a sales organization.
  • Technical fluency in areas such as security, email, cloud, and AI.
  • Experience selling subscription software or SaaS to CISOs and security personnel.
  • Success in an early-stage, underdog, or resource-constrained startup environment.
  • Ability to build a territory with limited resources, including channel, tech partners, and initial customer wins.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Local to the UK area.
