Description

  • Sell Abnormal Security solutions to enterprise accounts within a defined territory and work toward new annual recurring revenue quota attainment.
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities to build sufficient pipeline for enterprise sales targets.
  • Manage enterprise accounts from initial conversations through contract signature and subsequent upsell opportunities.
  • Work with Customer Success to support timely renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate data and documentation across sales systems, including Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan.
  • Act as the customer and prospect voice with internal teams such as Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing to improve prioritization and close more revenue.
  • Develop and present business cases that demonstrate ROI to multiple stakeholders.
  • Guide internal stakeholders through their buying processes and coordinate cross-functional support as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct enterprise account executive experience prospecting, closing new logos, and growing major accounts against incumbents.
  • Proven ability to negotiate with large organizations and close complex sales.
  • Consistent over-quota performance, ideally including top 5% performance within a sales organization.
  • Technical fluency in areas such as security, email, cloud, and AI.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity software or SaaS to CISOs and security personnel.
  • Track record of success in an early-stage, underdog, or resource-constrained startup environment.
  • Ability to work locally in the Sweden area or the specified location area.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
