Description

  • Sell Abnormal security solutions across a defined territory and overachieve annual recurring revenue quota.
  • Prospect into enterprise accounts to build early pipeline and generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage enterprise accounts from initial conversations through contract signature and post-sale upsell opportunities.
  • Work with Customer Success to support timely renewals and expansion sales.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent data across sales systems including Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan.
  • Act as the customer and prospect voice internally with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing to help drive prioritization and close revenue.
  • Develop and present business cases that demonstrate ROI to multiple stakeholders.
  • Guide internal stakeholders through their buying process and coordinate support from cross-functional teams.
  • Document customer information, results, and lessons learned to improve sales execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct enterprise sales experience prospecting, closing new logos, and growing major accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to hunt, qualify opportunities, and close complex sales in large organizations.
  • Proven over-quota performance or top 5% performance in a sales organization.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity subscription software/SaaS to CISOs and security personnel.
  • Technically competent in areas such as security, email, cloud, and AI.
  • Experience working at an early-stage, underdog, or new-entrant company with limited resources.
  • Ability to negotiate with large organizations and manage complex sales cycles.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Local to the France area.
  • Preferred experience leveraging Sales Engineering, Marketing, BDRs, Product, Customer Success, channel partners, and customer referrals.
