Description

  • Sell Abnormal security solutions within a defined territory and work toward overachieving the annual recurring revenue quota.
  • Prospect enterprise accounts and generate new business opportunities to build sufficient sales pipeline.
  • Manage enterprise opportunities from initial conversations through contract signature and customer expansion.
  • Work with Customer Success to support timely renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across sales systems including Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan.
  • Represent customer and prospect needs to internal teams such as Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing to help prioritize revenue-driving actions.
  • Develop and present business cases that demonstrate ROI to multiple stakeholders.
  • Guide internal stakeholders through customer buying processes and document customer insights and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct enterprise sales experience prospecting, closing new logos, and growing major accounts.
  • Experience selling subscription software or SaaS to CISOs and security personnel.
  • Proven ability to negotiate with large organizations and close complex sales.
  • Consistent over-quota performance or top 5% performance within a sales organization.
  • Technical understanding of security, email, cloud, AI, or related areas.
  • Experience succeeding in an early-stage, underdog, or resource-constrained startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent work experience.
  • Local to the Netherlands area.
  • Ability to work across enterprise buying cycles and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred familiarity with leveraging demand-generation channels such as AE prospecting, SDR, marketing, channel, and customer referrals.
