Description

  • Deliver legal documents to intended recipients in assigned areas.
  • Plan routes and time delivery attempts to improve the chances of reaching people at home.
  • Claim jobs, map stops, and track pay using the company mobile app.
  • Work independently while following court rules and civil procedure requirements.
  • Maintain accurate, honest, and organized handling of service work.
  • Communicate pleasantly and professionally with people encountered during deliveries.
  • Manage variable work hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Choose workload and service areas based on availability and preference.

Requirements

  • Must have reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance.
  • Must have an iPhone, iPad, or Android smart device and be comfortable using a mobile app.
  • Must be able to scan and print documents.
  • Must be available to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Process serving or related experience is helpful, but not required.
  • Some states require registration as a Process Server.
  • Some states have minimum age requirements to serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without work authorization.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are important.
  • A personable, pleasant, and professional demeanor is preferred.
