Description

  • Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to existing orders.
  • Manage high-volume phone calls from existing customers and assist new customers with placing online orders.
  • Respond to emails from customers, internal teams, and process servers regarding orders and payments.
  • Document customer issues and case details in Confluence.
  • Review court dockets for case filing information and occasionally pull filed papers.
  • Follow up with process servers and help move orders through the workflow.
  • Work with other teams to ensure all necessary order-related tasks are completed.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience assisting customers over the phone.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PDF editors, and phone systems is preferred.
  • Document manipulation experience is required.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Ability to transcribe information, review orders, investigate issues, and implement solutions.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of work product in stressful situations.
  • Ability to anticipate issues, prevent problems, and improve performance through new processes or changes.
  • Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute.
  • Must be located in Montana for this remote position.
