Description

  • Resolve customer tickets across multiple Remote verticals.
  • Respond to standard tickets within agreed service level times via email and live messaging.
  • Maintain productivity standards while ensuring strong attention to detail and customer advocacy.
  • Work closely with Customer Success, cross-vertical operational teams, and Sales.
  • Act as the voice and ear for users by relaying customer needs and feedback.
  • Support customers across live chat and email channels.
  • Contribute to a positive customer journey by handling day-to-day support issues.
  • Collaborate with distributed team members and stakeholders across functions.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Customer Support or Customer Enablement within a product or tech environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Live Chat and Email Support.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage customer interactions and support workflows.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders who have varying priorities.
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer needs.
  • Strong interest in modern web technologies and applications.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations comfortably.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Experience working remotely or in a fast-growing organization, preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR, Payroll, Healthcare, and/or Pension systems, preferred.
