Description

  • Contact courts regarding individual orders, filing statuses, and general operational updates.
  • Answer questions and resolve issues involving existing orders for courts, attorneys, and customers.
  • Communicate professionally through phone calls, emails, chats, and other remote channels.
  • Process court documents, updates, notes, and related data in the Skye internal application.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls from courts and customers.
  • Relay current court information to process servers and customers as appropriate.
  • Navigate court dockets and websites to locate case documents and status information.
  • Download and import court documents into internal systems.
  • Collaborate with teammates to identify root causes and process inefficiencies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Legal experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of customer support, call-center, retail, or other customer-facing service experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in a remote environment using Teams, Zoom, chats, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with online fax systems and PDF document manipulation.
  • High level of accuracy when performing repetitive data-entry tasks.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Quick learner with willingness to develop new skills.
