Description

  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end delivery operating model, including stage gates, templates, SOPs, tool standards, and governance.
  • Define and enforce delivery stage gates, role clarity, handoffs, required artifacts, and ownership across functions.
  • Lead delivery resourcing and capacity management, including intake, prioritization, allocation visibility, escalations, and utilization reporting.
  • Own Jira standards and Smartsheet Control Center administration, governance, templates, dashboards, and portfolio reporting.
  • Steward Replit and other delivery tools that support predictable client delivery.
  • Build and maintain centralized knowledge management for documentation, training, process guidance, and reusable artifacts.
  • Drive tool and process adoption through training, office hours, and practical enablement.
  • Provide executive visibility into resourcing, stage gates, adoption, compliance, risks, and operational performance.
  • Identify process and reporting gaps, implement corrective actions, and enforce delivery standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Resourcing/Capacity Lead and Knowledge Management Lead.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in delivery operations, PMO or process governance, or professional services operations, including resource and capacity management.
  • 3+ years of experience leading people or team leads.
  • Strong working knowledge of Jira, including workflow and field design, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Smartsheet; Control Center experience is preferred.
  • Experience designing and enforcing delivery lifecycle governance, including stage gates, templates, and SOPs.
  • Experience with project and resource reporting, utilization, and portfolio-level visibility for senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated change-enablement experience across communication, training, adoption, and reinforcement.
  • Ability to translate complex operational needs into clear standards across client-facing and technical teams.
  • Strong judgment, organizational courage, partnership skills, and executive communication abilities.
  • Preferred: healthcare, health technology, payer, enterprise data platform, startup or scale-up experience; Replit or other low-code/AI tooling; knowledge management platforms; PMP, PgMP, ITIL, Prosci, or similar certification.
